To check for Game Updates on the PlayStation™4, follow the instructions below:

  1. Select Train Sim World from the content area.
  2. Press the Options button and select Check for update
  3. Updates will then be downloaded and installed automatically


Activating auto-download/update


You need to switch on three settings.


Turn on PS4 from Network:

Go to Settings > Power Saving Settings > Set Features Available in Rest Mode > Tick the checkbox next to Stay Connected to the Internet and Enable Turning On of PS4 from Network.


Automatic download:

Go to Settings > System > Automatic Downloads > Tick the checkbox next to Application Update Files.


Switch on Rest Mode:

Press and hold the PS button and select Enter Rest Mode. The power indicator on the PlayStation 4 system will turn orange.
