What is Preserved Collection?

Your Add-Ons from Train Sim World 2020 can be played in Train Sim World 2


Entitlement
To take advantage of the preserved collection, you must own the qualifying TSW 2020 add-ons on the same platform and account that you intend to play Train Sim World 2 on.
Each platform has a separate storefront and there is no cross-compatibility.

  • PC Steam
  • Xbox One
  • PlayStation 4
When an add-on is bought from one of these platforms, you have purchased a licence to use that content exclusively on the platform it was sold for. These licences are not shared with any other platform.


However, if you own any of the following original TSW releases on disc, please contact Dovetail Support for more details.
  • Train Sim World Collector's Edition (PS4/Xbox)
  • Train Sim World (Xbox)
Game Pass on Xbox/PC does not entitle you to redeem the Preserved Collection, as you will need a valid purchase to claim.
 
Redeeming an Add-on
PlayStation
  1. Navigate to your Library and go to Purchased, 
  2. Locate Train Sim World 2
  3. Select which add-ons to download.

Xbox
  1. Go to your My games & apps section
  2. Go to Full library and click All Owned games, 
  3. Navigate to Train Sim World 2 and click the menu button on your Xbox controller 
  4. Scroll down to Manage game & Add-Ons. 
  5. Select which add-ons to download.

Steam
  1. Restart Steam then go to your Steam Library
  2. Locate Train Sim World 2 and right-click and open properties, 
  3. Navigate to the DLC tab and tick the add-ons you want to download.
