What is Dovetail Games Euro Fishing?
Euro Fishing is the latest addition to the Dovetail Games simulation franchise. It offers players the chance to experience and learn all of the excitement associated with fishing from the comfort of your own home.

What do I need to play Dovetail Games Euro Fishing?
Dovetail Games is available on PlayStation 4, PC and Xbox One.

What are the minimum and recommended specifications for Dovetail Games Euro Fishing?

The recommended specifications for PlayStation 4 are:
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Memory: Approximately 6 GB
Multiplayer: 1-4 Players (PlayStation Plus membership required)
Voice Chat: PlayStation 4 compatible headset required
Additional Notes: PlayStation 4 compatible controller required

Where do I purchase and download Dovetail Games Euro Fishing?

PlayStation 4:The game is available to purchase and download by searching ‘Dovetail Games Euro Fishing’ through the Store via your PlayStation 4 console or through their store here.

PC: Euro Fishing is available to purchase and download via Steam. 

Xbox One: The game is available to purchase and download by searching ‘Dovetail Games Euro Fishing’ through the Store via your Xbox One console or through their store here.

Will there be a boxed version of Dovetail Games Euro Fishing?
Euro Fishing is only available as a digital version through the PlayStation 4 Store, Steam or the Xbox Store. There is no boxed version available.

Does Euro Fishing support multiple monitors?
Euro Fishing is not supported on multiple monitors on any format.

Can I play Euro Fishing on my laptop?
While some laptops will play Euro Fishing, performance may be negatively impacted, please note that laptop chipsets are not officially supported. Please see minimum specifications above.

Is there an SDK (Software Development Kit) included with Euro Fishing?
Unfortunately, Euro Fishing does not include an SDK or modding support.

What regions can Euro Fishing be purchased in?
Euro Fishing is currently available to purchase in North America and Europe (inc Australia and New Zealand) with more regions to follow.

What is the PEGI/ESRB/USK rating for Euro Fishing?
Euro Fishing is rated PEGI – 3 (PEGI – 4 in Portugal), ESRB – E (Everyone) and USK – Approved without age restriction

What languages is Euro Fishing available in?
Dovetail Games Euro Fishing currently supports English (EN), German (DE), French (FR), Russian (RU), Polish (PL) and Czech (CZ/CS) (PC Only).

How big will the Euro Fishing download be?

Do I need an internet connection to play Euro Fishing?
An internet connection is required to initially purchase and download the game on either PC or Xbox One. Once the download is complete, no further internet connection is required to experience Euro Fishing solo, unless you are looking to try your hand at our Multiplayer or Live Tournament game modes, in which case one is required.

What control devices will I be able to use with Euro Fishing?
PlayStation 4: PlayStation 4 controller
PC: Mouse and keyboard or Xbox 360/Xbox One controller.
Xbox One: Xbox One controller

What is included in Euro Fishing?
Euro Fishing currently features five beautiful lakes for you to enjoy as well as a tackle shop packed with a variety of fishing accessories, which can be purchased using the in game currency – tackle points. Tackle points can be earnt across all of the available game modes.

I’m new to Euro Fishing, where can I go to learn how to fish?
There are currently five Academy tutorials available in game to help new players start their journey to becoming an expert angler, starting with the basics and working towards slightly more advanced techniques.

Will there be DLC for Euro Fishing?
Yes! Please keep an eye on our social media and websites for any upcoming information regarding Euro Fishing DLC.

Can I change the gameplay settings during a fishing session?
Gameplay settings can be altered depending on your selected game mode before the start of your session, but these cannot be altered once you are on the lake.

What are the differences between the PC and console versions of Euro Fishing?
We are currently striving to ensure that the experiences on both platforms are as similar as possible. Currently, the biggest difference is that multiplayer supports four players on console but supports eight on PC. Any updates will be released across all platforms though dates of availability may vary.

I own Euro Fishing on PC, can I use my save data on the console versions?
Unfortunately, game data cannot be carried across both platforms. All save data on the PC version and all save data on the consoles are completely separate. If you own Euro Fishing on PC and purchase it on console (or vice-versa), no character save data or progress will carry over.

I own Euro Fishing on PC and my friend owns it on console, are we able to play Multiplayer together?
Unfortunately, Euro Fishing does not support cross platform play.

I’m having problems with Euro Fishing but the Knowledgebase doesn’t cover my issue, who can I contact?
