How do i enter the Class 142?
- Insert the key to unlock the door panel hatch.
- Open the door panel hatch and press Open Door.
- Close he door panel hatch.
- Insert the key into the door panel lock by the cab door.
- Insert the key into the door panel lock above the passenger door and press Close.
- Close the door panel hatch and turn off the door panel locl by the cab door.
What is the start-up procedure for the Class 142?
- From the driver's seat turn on the Master Key.
- Move the Reverser to Forward.
- Release the Westcode 3 Step brakes.
- Apply power using the throttle.
What is the start-up procedure for the Class 08?
- Set the Battery Isolation Switch to Normal on both side of the locomotive.
- Hold the Master Key Switch in the Start position until the engine is running.
- Set the Master Key Switch to On.
- Set the Loco Brake to Emergency.
- Release the Handbrake.
- Set the Train Brake to Running.
- Move the Reverser to Forward.
- Release the Loco Brake.
- Apply power using the Throttle.
What is the start-up procedure for the Class 47/7?
- Set the Batery Isolation Switch to Closed.
- Turn the Master Key to On.
- Set the Reverser to Engine Only.
- Press the Engine Start button.
- Set the Straight Brake to 100%.
- Set the Driver's Brake to Running.
- Move the Reverser to Forward.
- Release the Parking Brake.
- Release the Straight Brake.
- Apply power using the Throttle.
