What is Single Sign-On?
Single Sign-On, or SSO, allows you to link your dovetail live account with your first party account, meaning that, normally won't need to enter your username and password to log in to Dovetail Live. As long as you are signed in to the first party platform with the linked account - we'll log you into Dovetail Live automatically!
How do I link my first party account with dovetail live?
By logging into any game that supports SSO, your Dovetail Live account will automatically link to your first party account.
Which games support SSO?
Any game with Dovetail Live integration, released after TSW4 (This includes TSW4).
Which first party platforms support SSO?
PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Steam, Epic Games.
How many accounts can I have linked at once?
A first party account can only be linked to a single Dovetail Live account. However, a Dovetail Live account can be linked to all supported platforms - although only once per platform. For example, you can connect your Dovetail Live account to your PSN account, your Xbox Live account, and your Steam account, but you could not connect your Dovetail Live account to two different steam accounts.
How does this work with the SSO introduced in TSW2?
SSO for TSW2 was an experimental feature that will now be disabled - it is not compatible with Dovetail Live SSO going forwards.
How can I unlink my first party account from my dovetail live account?
Unlinking your account is simple, just log-out of dovetail live from any SSO supported game.
