  1. Acknowledge the AWS warning.
  2. Put the throttle back to zero.
  3. Reverser to Off.
  4. Master Key to Locked.
  5. Master Key to Unlocked.
  6. Reverser to Forward.
  7. Release the brakes.
  8. Apply Power.

What is the start-up procedure for the Class 150/2?

  1. Master Key to Unlocked.
  2. Reverser to Forward.
  3. Throttle to Notch 1.
  4. Release the Train Brake.
  5. Increase Throttle.

What is the start-up procedure for the Class 37/5 RF?

  1. Set the Battery Isolation Switch to Normal
  2. Master Key to Unlocked
  3. Reverser to Engine Only
  4. Press and hold the Engine Start switch (under the AWS Indicator)
  5. Reverser to Forward
  6. Train Brake to Release
  7. Apply Throttle
