You can determine which chipset drivers you need by looking at the brand of your Processor (CPU). The example below shows an Intel Processor, as listed on the System tab of the DxDiag Report. Therefore, we will need to visit the Intel website for updates.

Graphics Card Drivers

You can determine which graphics card drivers you need by looking at the brand of graphics card (GPU) on the Display tab of your DxDiag Report. The example below shows an NVIDIA graphics card on the Display tab of the DxDiag Report. Therefore, we will need to visit the NVIDIA website for updates.

If your DxDiag report shows you are using an "Intel" graphics card, it is unlikely that you are using supported hardware. Therefore, you should refer back to Does My Computer Meet the Minimum System Requirements.
