If you don't have a Dovetail Support account, please register for an account here.
Please Note: You cannot sign in to Dovetail Support with your Dovetail Live account.
Alternatively, users may log in using their Google/Facebook/Twitter account here.
How To Use Dovetail Support
Once you log in, you will have complete access to our self-service portal, where you can use your account to create a New Support Ticket or Check Ticket Status.
You can also review your Open/Closed tickets by selecting on Tickets from the top menu.
From here, you may adjust the filters to see the tickets you want to review.
Forgotten your Password?
If you know what email address your account has been registered with, but you are unsure what your password is, please go to the page here and choose the "Forgot your password?" option. This will email your address with instructions on how to reset your password.
